Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order's status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Please contact us if you need to revise your order.
How do I track my order?
  All orders are shipped free via USPS First Class Mail. Tracking of shipments is not available with this service. Please contact us if you have not received your product within five business days of the order shipping.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If the order has shipped and has not been delivered within five business days please contact us.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  If you have received your order but it is missing an item(s), please contact us and one of our customer service representatives will help you.
